How Being Positive Can Boost Your Sexual Desire
These days 50 percent of people are complaining about low libido (low sex desire or no sexual desire at all ). Sometimes a man has a low sex drive in a relationship and sometimes a woman. No matter where it is coming from, it definitely ruins the mood and peace of both.

1. Wake up early & Sleep early
” Early to bed, early to rise makes men and women healthy wealthy, and wise” This quote are not wrong at all, it’s 100% true, and if you follow it, it can change your life forever. When you do not get proper sleep, you feel exausted all day long, the truth, you cannot feel happy and energized when you did not have enough sleep. you reach office late and stay in office for long hours, then you come home again tired and fully exhusted. Now you dont have time to spend with your family. Kids wanna play with you and you are totally exausted, sometimes you shout on your loving partner- and if you follow this shitty pattern of life, do you think your sex life can be happy – NO.
Sleep early, wake up early, enjoy your day, and enjoy everthing that comes in between. Enjoy your friends, your coworkers, your bosses and managers, your kids, and your spouse. Learn to enjoy them and if you don’t, they will not but you will think that they are pissing you off. But when you are well rested, slept enough – you can make sure your days go well and so your sexual life will be.
2. Meditate Regularly
In my so many articles on AMORWAY, I have talked a lot about the benefits of meditation on the human brain and how it can impact your life in general. Even if you are going thourh so many mental or physical diseases or another relationship issue – meditation can really help you get above all of these issues.
Most importantly it will give you peace of mind which will indirectly help you detached from everyday issues and solve them perfectly. To solve the problems you don’t have to be over attached to the things and people – you do a better job in all areas of your life when you are totally detached from them.
3. Daily Workout / Healthy Eating
Again, I am not telling you to you break your body in the gym, no, just move your body for a few minutes in the morning or whatever time suits you best. You can choose any activity to move your body.
It can be dance, swimming, jogging, playing with the kids or helping at home (using some physical activities). And trust, that whatever physical activity you are doing is making you mentally and physically healthy better. Better than before.
Do not forget to drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet throughout the day.
4. Positive Inner Conversation
Can you stand any man or woman who is constantly criticizing and bullying you in your face? I bet it. No, you cannot – then why in the world you keep criticizing and bullying yourself. Even if your penis is not that big, you do not erect properly or you do not stay for a longer period of time. No matter what – Do not be a bully to yourself.
In this world, you really need to be your best friend, you are the only one who can support yourself. There can be 100s of people in your life but still – you have to be your no 1 supporter. Feel good about yourself, cheer up yourself, motivate yourself, inspire yourself, talk to yourself as you will talk to the person you love the most.
You can make a few positive sentences to boost your confidence and speak them first in the morning. For example – 1. I am strong & powerful, I am always healthy and wealthy, I am successful in all areas of my life, etc. you can add more of your choice.
5. Spending time alone with your spouse
When you have done all the work on yourself, it’s time to work with your spouse. So here I am not talking about the time you go to have sex with her. No, it’s the time you are supposed to spend with her doing other activities such as going out with her alone, helping her cooking alone, or doing some other activities when no kid or other family members are not around, whatever you do – the goal is to spend time alone with your loving partner so that you both can come closer as you were in your honeymoon period. Appreciate her about her looks, about the work she does at home, or support you raising your kids. Be his best friend.
6.Think Positive About your spouse
Always have good and positive thoughts about your spouse. Be a caring life partner and the glow will radiate on her face and subsequently, your sexual life will be better.
So the end goal is to be happy in your life and enjoy your sexual life. The points I have explained above gonna change both of your life. When your mind will be peaceful and happy it will automatically think about sexual pleasure.
